Shipping and return

The shipment will be done by our logistic partners DHL Express, Fedex, UPS.

All deliveries sent by Yellowpop are insured against theft and damage. We deliver worldwide. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes and thank you for your understanding. For partial shipments, the shipping costs will only be charged once.

Most orders are custom made and delivered in approximately ten days to three weeks.

We offer free shipping worldwide, but for some islands or territories with difficult access, additional charges may apply.

DEFINITIONS

  1. "Seller" refers to Soho Light LTD and its successors and assigns.

  2. "Buyer" refers to Buyer or any person acting on behalf and with the authority of Buyer.

  3. "Guarantor" refers to the person(s) or entity that agrees to be responsible for Buyer's debts if Buyer is a limited liability buyer on a principal debtor basis.

  4. "Goods" refers to goods provided by Seller to Buyer (and where relevant, includes any provision of services as defined below).

  5. "Services" refers to all services provided by Seller to Buyer and includes any advice or recommendation (and where relevant, includes any provision of services as defined above).

  6. Price" means the cost of the goods as agreed upon by Seller and Buyer.

REFUNDS/ DEFECTS/ RETURNS

  1. Seller will not refund any money paid and will not accept any returns for custom ordered products.

  2. If the Goods arrive to Buyer in a damaged condition, Buyer is required to notify the delivery agent and Seller within 24 hours in writing, with photographic or video evidence of damage to the Goods and associated packaging for verification. Failure to comply with this request and time frame will result in the cancellation of Seller's obligations.

  3. Due to the handmade nature of the goods, they may be subject to variation and slight discoloration. Some color variations may also occur due to computer monitor and printer calibration. Buyer acknowledges that such variations and discolorations are not attributable to the Products and accepts the possibility of such occurrence.

  4. Buyer shall inspect the Goods upon delivery and shall, within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery, notify Seller in writing of any alleged defect, shortage, damage or failure to conform to the description or specifications. Buyer shall give Seller the opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable time after delivery. If Buyer fails to do so, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Neon lights from our own standard product range can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods if they have not been opened or damaged. Please send an e-mail to [email protected]. Once the return has arrived and been examined, you will receive a refund. Please let us know why you are returning your purchase - we work hard to improve our service and products and your feedback is important to us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund custom or limited edition products. Please contact our service team if you have any technical problems.

**Shipping charges depend on the configuration and customization of the neon online. For other installations, additional shipping charges may apply, depending on shape and size.
