REIMBURSEMENTS


1. The Seller will not reimburse any sums paid and will not accept any returns for custom-made products.

2. For custom-made products, the Buyer has 4 hours in which to request a change to the order from the Seller.

3. If the Goods arrive at the Buyer in a damaged condition, the Buyer is required to inform the delivery agent and the Seller within 24 hours in writing, with photographic or video evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging for verification. Failure to comply with this request and time limit will result in the cancellation of the Seller's obligations.

4. Due to the handcrafted nature of the Goods, they may be subject to variations and slight discoloration. Some color variations may also occur due to computer screen and printer calibration. The Purchaser acknowledges that such variations and discolorations are not attributable to the Products and accepts the possibility of such occurrence.

5. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and must, within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, notify the Seller in writing of any alleged defect, lack of quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or specifications. The Buyer shall give the Seller the opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable time after delivery. If the Buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to comply with the terms and conditions and to be free from any defect or damage.
