  • How do I create my own custom neon sign?

    Design your neon sign in just a few clicks right from our custom app.
    Enter your text, choose the font, color, and size, and see the price in real time.

    For more complex requests, our team can review your project and provide you with a free quote with a preview before production.

  • What are our delivery times?

    Each piece is 100% handmade, which takes us some time to create.

    In general, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to produce and deliver your beautiful piece after payment.

    An express delivery option (10-14 working days) is also available at extra cost.

    Your neon is even easier to hang than a painting. 😎

    Hang it on the wall without drilling with our 3M strips

  • What factors influence the price of a neon sign?

    Good question 😊 The price depends on the complexity of your design, the desired dimensions, and the length of the LED tubes used.

  • What will my neon sign look like?

    It can be hard to imagine what your neon will look like in your own home. Perhaps you're still hesitating about which color will look best in your living room? No problem. Before finalizing your neon, our designers will send you an ultra-realistic mock-up so you can project yourself. No unpleasant surprises! 

  • Can I install my neon sign outside?

    Of course, we also make outdoor neon signs. But you’ll need to let us know before placing your order, as we have to use special materials and a special power cord designed to withstand outdoor use. In this case, we won’t include a dimmer switch, since dimmer switches aren’t waterproof.

  • What does the warranty include?

    All our LED neon lights come with a 2-year warranty. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or accidental damage. If you encounter any issues with your neon light, please contact us! We will do our best to help you and find the best solution.

  • Can I make a customized LED neon on more than one line?

    Yes, just press "Enter" when you're in the text box and a new line will immediately be created below it.
