    Jedes Zeichen wird aus hochwertigen Flex-Neonröhren mit LED-Leuchten hergestellt. Sie werden alle auf einen unsichtbaren, transparenten, recycelten Acrylträger montiert und dann auf eine Basis geclippt, die ebenfalls aus Acryl besteht.

    Diese Materialien ermöglichen es uns, realistische LED-Neonlichter mit hellem Licht und intensiven Farben herzustellen, die gleichzeitig haltbarer und nachhaltiger sind als herkömmliche Neonlichter.

    Die Umweltverträglichkeit liegt uns am Herzen, deshalb verwenden wir :

    - 100% LED-Lichter (sie verbrauchen 6-mal weniger als herkömmliche Glühbirnen)

    - Recyceltes Material und Basis

    Deshalb haben wir CertiLED™ entwickelt - eine revolutionäre Technologie, die den neuen Standard für die Industrie setzt. CertiLED™ ist vollständig nach CE, REACH und ROHS zertifiziert. Damit ist sichergestellt, dass du in ein Produkt investierst, das die höchsten regulatorischen Kriterien in Europa erfüllt.

    3M-Streifen auf UV-bedrucktem Material
    Bitte beachte, dass wir nicht empfehlen, die 3M-Bänder auf UV-bedrucktem Acryl zu verwenden. Der Streifen kann die Farbe oder den Druck auf dem Acryl ablösen, wenn du versuchst, ihn nach der Installation zu entfernen, und so deine schöne Neonschrift beschädigen. Wir empfehlen, die 3M-Streifen in hellen, nicht farbigen Bereichen anzubringen, um dies zu verhindern.
    Du musst die beiden 3M-Klebestreifen sehr sorgfältig entfernen.

  • Wie sind unsere Lieferzeiten?

    Jedes Stück ist zu 100 % handgefertigt, weshalb wir eine Weile brauchen, um sie zu erstellen.

    Normalerweise dauert es 2 bis 4 Wochen, um dein schönes Stück zu produzieren und nach der Bezahlung zu liefern.

    Eine Express-Lieferoption (10-14 Werktage) gegen Aufpreis ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

  • À quoi mon néon va-t-il ressembler ?

    Imaginer à quoi ressemblera votre néon une fois chez vous peut s’avérer difficile. Peut-être hésitez-vous encore sur la couleur qui ira le mieux dans votre salon ? Aucun problème. Avant de finaliser votre néon, nos designers vous enverront une maquette ultra réaliste pour que vous puissiez vous projeter. Pas de mauvaise surprise ! 

  • La garantie, ça inclut quoi ?

    Tous nos néons LED sont garantis pendant 2 ans. Cependant, cette garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés par une installation incorrecte ou par un accident d’usage. Si vous rencontrez le moindre problème avec votre néon, contactez-nous ! Nous ferons de notre mieux pour vous aider et trouver la solution la plus adaptée.

  • Puis-je installer mon néon dehors ?

    Non, ce néon est conçu pour un usage intérieur mais nous pouvons le rendre compatible à un usage extérieur si vous souhaitez l'accrocher dehors ! Informez-nous par e-mail à hello@yellowpop.com une fois que vous avez passé votre commande car votre néon LED devra être fabriqué différemment avec une prise spéciale. Il peut y avoir des frais supplémentaires, mais notre équipe vous en fera part par e-mail.
