Thoma Vuille
The French-Swiss artist Mr. CHAT, originally started his street-art career with graffiti in his high school. He studied for a while at the Beaux-Arts before introducing Mr. CHAT to the world in 1997, on the walls of Orleans. Thoma Vuille was at the head of the "Street Art" movement in the early 2000s with his emblematic character Mr. CHAT. Since then, he has painted murals on the walls of Paris, New York, Senegal, Brazil and many other countries. His iconic character has appeared in museums, on t-shirts and even in a coloring book. Thoma Vuille is one of France's most famous street artists and his Mr. CHAT has become a cultural icon in France and around the world.
