Plus que jamais, nous devrions être plus proches les uns des autres, indépendamment de nos origines, de notre âge, de notre sexe, de notre identification sexuelle, etc. Nous voulons apprendre de la culture et des origines de chacun pour les partager avec le monde et célébrer l'individualité. As a Head of Growth at Yellowpop, you’ll own customer acquisition, revenue, and traffic growth on our website. You must find innovative and data-driven ways to meet and exceed company growth goals. You will lead a team and agencies of experts specializing in Paid Social, PPC, Content, SEO, UX, Lead Gen, CRM, and more. You will also create effective campaigns across a wide variety of channels and tactics. You also need to have a deep understanding of the conversion on the website.
Reporting directly to the founder, this role requires stellar data and analysis skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing acquisition tactics, and a passion for building a high-performing, happy team.
What You'll Do:
- Hands-on planning and execution of marketing strategies across search and social channels with your team
- Own the budget & growth targets for the online marketing
- Leveraging your deep expertise in paid media
- Coordinate with the social team, content team, and creative team to develop new creative concepts and iterate on existing creative winners.
- Manage, organize and launch creatives in the pipeline
- Lead testing strategies that will provide the team with learnings around different creatives, targeting, tactics, and channels
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to help increase ROI
- Developing and executing email marketing strategy with the CRM team
- Creative & non-traditional, you love trying out new ideas and channels that can drive growth at a low CAC
- Run analytics and insights function
- Deep understanding of different attribution models and tracking
- Understanding perfectly Technical implementation, integrations, tracking, & GTM
- Own the strategy and testing schedule of performance-driven creative for ads and website/landing page content.
- Support strategy with the e-commerce team for post-click site experience, including CRO, landing pages, and UX improvements
Not mandatory but a big plus to have managed a performance influencer campaign
Who You Are:
- +7 years of growth/acquisition
- Experience overseeing paid media, CRM, SEO, web, and analytics functions.
- Deep data and analytical skills
- Fluency with financial and marketing metrics and analysis.
- Experience scaling growth from 10M -> 30M+

As a result of our incredible success, we are looking for an Inbound Sales Intern to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a brand new role, reporting to the Inbound Sales Manager (SDR) where you will be responsible for efficiently managing inbound sales for our custom neon signs and various home decor accessories ranging from B2B and B2C customers, focusing on our growing UK and French markets and expanding our custom business.
Below are just some of the exciting things you’ll be involved with...
- Manage all inbound sales leads in an efficient manner (the majority through email + phone) totaling approx. 100 per week.
- Take full responsibility for your sales pipeline, keeping on top of key metrics.
- Speaking with customers and handling inquiries over the phone when necessary.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
- Work with a variety of clients ranging from large B2B hospitality clients to small business owners
- Act as an ambassador for Yellowpop sharing your passion for and knowledge of the brand and product.
- Provide suggestions to the SDR and Design team to improve mockups.
- Regularly collect insights, feedback, and reviews from customers in order to share this with production and the wider team to support continuous improvement.
- Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets
- Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
- Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity
