What are our delivery times?
Each piece is 100% handmade, which takes us some time to create.
In general, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to produce and deliver your beautiful piece after payment.
An express delivery option (10-14 working days) is also available at extra cost.

How much does a custom neon sign cost?
Good question 😊 The price varies according to the complexity of your design, the dimensions required and the length of LED tubes used. To find out the exact price of your custom-created neon, send us your design and we'll get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

What will my neon sign look like?
It can be hard to imagine what your neon will look like in your own home. Perhaps you're still hesitating about which color will look best in your living room? No problem. Before finalizing your neon, our designers will send you an ultra-realistic mock-up so you can project yourself. No unpleasant surprises!

Can I install my neon sign outside?
Of course, we also manufacture outdoor neon lights. But please let us know before you order, as we have to use special materials and a special power cord to withstand outdoor use. In this case, we won't supply a dimmer, as dimmers are not waterproof.

What does the warranty include?
All our LED neon lights are guaranteed for 2 years. However, this guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or accidental use. If you have any problems with your neon, please contact us! We'll do our best to help you find the right solution.

Our LED neon lights are handmade with high quality flexible tubes, and will last for about 30 years (estimated based on 5 hours of daily use at maximum intensity, that is 50,000 hours).
