What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks for production and shipping from date of payment. Express delivery is 10 to 14 days for a $90 surcharge.

How do I install it?
Our neon signs are plug and play, and come with a power supply that you can connect directly to an electrical outlet. You can mount your signs on a surface or suspend them from a bracket. We supply either a mounting kit with fixing screws, or a suspension kit with wires.

Can you deliver in less than 10 days?
Yes, we can, depending on the complexity and use of your neon. Indoor neon and non-UV printed neon can be produced in less than 24 hours.

How long does a neon LED last?
Our LED neon lights offer exceptional longevity: over 100,000 hours, equivalent to more than 15 years of daily use.

Do you have waterproof options for outdoor signs?
Of course we can! Just tell us if your sign will be placed outdoors, and we'll make it weatherproof.
